The Finance and Banking Society maintains a Board of Governance for guidance on relevant major decisions and issues. Membership of the Board is drawn from both the Sydney University and University of New South Wales branches. Members of the board are:

Sarah Fletcher

Sarah Fletcher is the Employer Programs Co-Ordinator for the Careers and Employer Relations Office, at the Sydney University Faculty of Economics & Business.

Carole Comerton-Forde

Carole Comerton-Forde is an Associate Professor in the Discipline of Finance, at the Sydney University Faculty of Economics & Business, and is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Students in the Faculty.

Peter Pham

Peter Pham is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Banking & Finance, at the University of New South Wales Australian School of Business, and is the Director of the Undergraduate Honours Program in the School.

Toan Pham

Toan Pham is an Associate Professor in the School of Banking & Finance, at the University of New South Wales Australian School of Business, and is the Director of the Master of Finance and Master of Financial Analysis programs in the School. Prior to 2009, Toan was the Head of the School of Banking and Finance for a number of years.
