Our Graduate Program includes a week-long induction, mentoring and networking activities. When you apply for our Graduate program you will need to choose a work stream that is right for you. You will then take part in a rotation program that provides in-depth exposure across your chosen work stream in one of the following areas: Premium Business Services, Corporate Financial Services, Wealth Management, Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Retail Banking Services, Finance (Accounting), Risk, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing and Communications.
